That’s OK then, nothing unusual about that, so don’t make a song and dance about it. Why am I so excited about the fact that I’ve posted a video? Well, I have lost count of how many videos I have watched that talk about how to make quality videos (yes, good tips there) and about the need to find my niche.
My niche? Yes, that has been a major issue. What is my niche? I’ve just asked ChatGPT (it is getting to know me quite well). It describes my niches as “A curious retired observer exploring how the world became organised and how ordinary things really work. I think that’s reasonably accurate.
I do have some comments on yesterday’s video. I’m trying to do this without sounding like I’m apologising (ChatGPT tells me off, in a very gentle way, for doing that in stuff I post). I did rush a bit to get it out. I think I’ll just leave it as it is as a reminder that I can do better.
At 12 minutes, it’s quite a bit longer than I intended. I am planning to do an update in a few weeks to let you know how the compost bins are doing, which should be shorter.
The other thing it has done is to show me just how fat I’m getting. I think it’s off to Slimming World on Tuesday. I can’t do it myself, I don’t have the discipline
