1894 Today, should have been then.

Today turned out to be what i had really hoped and expected a routine Monday to look and feel like. A had to go and pick up a prescription, but then walked up to The Shed. We had the weekly meeting, and then I just stayed and chatted to a few people. Which was quite pleasant. I still don’t know what I am going to put into the shed. i did make a suggestion, but I’ll have to see how it goes. With the committee meeting tomorrow, I’ll be hoping that my membership is ratified – I did notice that my picture and name are on the notice board. Hopefully I can take that as a good indication.

When we went to Salisbury on Saturday, for photography I took my phone and the panasonic. I did check the battery, and it did show to be ok. But, frustratingly, when I went to use it the panasonic was completely empty. Wouldn’t start at all. Not sure what is going on there. Anyway, both batteries are now charged. I’ll have another go later – hopefully tomorrow.

Anyhow, back to today. I had been concerned that I may want to sleep in the afternoon, but I had no problem at all, i had a very pleasant walk around the cockleponds and along the waterfront. I even stopped to record a bit of video, really not very good, but here you go; https://youtu.be/vrWNgaQpDoc

I had hoped that a particular cafe would be practical as a regular haunt, so I tried it today. And I am very likely to go back again, possibly even tomorrow. Now, I need to create the material for my Facebook posts and start cultivating that.

Now, I am rushing a bit as it is only a few minutes to midnight, and I need to get this posted. I just wanted to end by saying what a really quite nice day it has been.

I just want to write, but I prefer to stay away from controversial topics like politics. I am happy to confess that at the moment, I am writing for me. If you enjoy my writings, and I hope you do then that is all the better.
