The light in the evening is different by 180 degrees in the evening. It was lovely to see the Commodore Goodwill heading out, I think towards the Channel Islands. The quality of the light was lovely.
I’d had a busy day and the two opportunities I had to go for a walk were scuppered because on both occasions it was absolutely chucking it down. I didn’t have to go for a walk but I just fancied it.
At one point today, it suddenly occured to me that I Hadn’t done a post last night this is frustrating for two reasons; The consecutive posting count gets reset back to zero and I had been thinking about the content for a post, but I just didn’t get around to doing it. It’s frustrating when the count gets reset.
There’s a circus in town;

I don’t think it’s an animal circus, it features stunt motorcycle rides. Either way, I don’t think it’s something that would appeal to me. I do have to say though that the circus was in full swing as I walked past this evening. I could hear loud music, motorbikes and the appreciative cries of amazement of what sounded like a big audience. It sounded like it was doing well.
It was very pleasant to get out for an evening walk, and I would like to do it more often, but there are things that I want / need to do in the evening. So for the time being it will remain the occasional event.
