1906 – What to do?

It’s a general question; What to do? I guess this is a bit of a look forward to next week. But before I do that, I just briefly want to talk about last night’s post, which was a rather incoherent way on my part, of saying that I want to do more street photography, that I now had a setup that I’m going to try, but I do feel reasonably comfortable with. What I need to do is get out and do it.

Monday morning will be the Shed. I’d like to get there as close to 9AM as I can be, it guarantees a seat for the weekly meeting. I’m beginning to settle in a little bit there. I really enjoyed the trip organised last week to the Fleet Air Arm Museum, and have put my name down for the next trip in March.

The afternoon will be free, so I may go into town to see if I can do a bit of street photography, or even record a bit of video, which I haven’t done for a few weeks. I think the cafe I am thinking miight become my regular haunt, have a cup of tea (they have a surprisingly extensive menu), possibly do a Facebook post, and just watch people go by.

Tuesday whilst the morning is free, the afternoon would mostly be taken up with the U3A Local History group. I’m slightly miffed that there won’t be a session in the museum as a small group are going to the Institute of Naval Medicine to look at the artwork in the books held in the archive. Luckily I have seen some this at the Gosport Heritage days last year, and the artwork is amazing.

Not sure about Wednesday and Thursday, they will be taken up with Aurora.

Friday is free, but again I try to get up to the shed for a couple of hours.

Let’s see how the week goes.

I just want to write, but I prefer to stay away from controversial topics like politics. I am happy to confess that at the moment, I am writing for me. If you enjoy my writings, and I hope you do then that is all the better.
