We had another lovely day today. One of the things that we really like about the Gosport Camera Club is the Sunday walk, on the last sunday of the month.
The Sunday walk usually involves visiting a location for the purpose of taking photos, sometimes it has a nature inclination other times it could be urban (one of next seasons topics is Architecture, so expecting some walks to help that.
The walks always end up at a pub, where we have lunch. Of the walks that we’ve taken since joining the club we have not had a bad experience. The pubs have invariably delivered excellent food, and today’s walk on the Old Southampton Common was the same, and the follow on visit to the Cowherds pub where, to be honest, the meal was exceptional. We would definitely go there again.
