I managed to get out after work. Just down to the waterfront. The high street was busy with the market closing down and I presume commuters and people sitting outside bars. There was a little bit of a chill in the air, but if you were sheltered then being in the sun was very. good for Vitamin D production. I think I got my quota today.
The waterfront was quiet from a shipping point of view. Of course, the Gosport Ferry was running, but that was the only ship. I haven’t seen a reasonable-sized ship coming in for a while now, although I did see a Brittany Ferry not so long ago I’m not sure they count though.
The cockle ponds were being whipped up by the winds, if the model yachts had been out, they would have been in rough weather.
Neither a very exciting walk, nor a very exciting post, but at least I made my 10,000 steps today.
